4I got an old-school vibe feeling from insane. Just seems like digital vs analog, where digital sound is evident. All flash has to do is get them drums to knock the right way and he will be a major problem.
Both were good. Mixes were decent.. Insane got the edge because the snare on Flash beat was too light. A clap & snare combo would have turned it up cuz that sample was fire
Insane got this one, because of the mix. Both beats were good. Insane's mix was tremendously better. My suggestion to Flash is to work on the mix, or get that beat mixed by a professional engineer. The snare was as low as a high hat, and the mix was overall really unbalanced. I think if the mix were better, then it would have been much harder to judge this battle. The mix is important because it is hard to "feel" a beat that is mixed poorly.
Hmmm.... Well I think Flashfinga had the better beat, but it wasn't old skool! The the hat pattern and the tripplets, are a 2015+thing. Insane beats, I would not say sounds very old skool either. Good battle guys anyway.
