5Dj had the better mix but I enjoyed both. I agree about Ts beat sounding something you might hear in background of movie scene and that is not a bad thing Ts, tv/film always needing all kinds of music.
Dj Loksmith, Your beat, sounds extremely sterile. There is no meat to it, no nice melodies or chords I can grab on to. The rythem is sort of plodding and not going anywhere. I get it, all the cool kids want to make the fun trap music, and be the bell of the ball. I have a real hard time with trap, as I find it very uninspiring music. But I made the effort to go out and find some good trap music to listen to, before I try to make myself. I find this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JD34BUEwMbk I like that sound somewhat. I mean it's not my #1 thing ever, but its pretty fresh. Always try to listen to really good music, and then try to copy it. Don't copy what most people like, as most people are musically incompetent. They wouldn't know a good tune if it came up and bit them in the ass cheeks. Tsoki, I like your beat, because it's kind of retro and trashy, and has bay area vibes to it. Some of the notes you play do indeed give it a quirky old school horror film twist. Good luck to both!
Tsokoti beat sound like it could be in a scary scene.
I agree DeeM... doesn't really sound like artist music but a horror movie for sure. I can see Jason coming or a Freddy's nightmare scene. Maybe put that in cinematic genre. I hear some west sounds but overall feels much more movie than west coast rap IMO
