Tripl3c here that beat is fire...Loc thats not a battle beat more a song style...didnt care for the vocal chops but thats imo...
Tripple C, are you a piano player? I am trying to work out if you are using the whole construction kit or playing it your self. You sound like you know what your doing musically.

I USE THE DAW NOT A REAL PIANO BUT I DO MAKE MY OWN TUNES A FORM MY OWN PLUG INS FOR MY LOOPS
Trip drums coulda been a bit louder, seemed the music was a bit louder than the drums and hip hop is big on drums, it had a catchy vibe. DJ I dig the intro but the vox like jp said not in same key, if it was and then you dropped some hard hitting drums this had big potential, I like that bomb drop kick or sfx that comes in beat 1, the use of instrument make a good mood but over all it does sound a bit like an intro. You could take out vox or fix but more drums/change ups and you got a gem. Got trip by a hair, gl you 2
I hear what you guys mean about it sounding like an intro or it never took off. I'll look into both that and the vocals.

Triple C, I love the Dirty South feel on this... feels nostalgic... Loc, I kept waiting for this to go to another level and it never really got there.. plus the vocal sample sounds out of key... like the beat is in E minor but the sample is in E major. you need to learn about relative majors and minors if you gonna do stuff like that to make it fit.

I've been holding on to this and playing with the vocals forever to get it right. I didn't think they were there yet either. But I needed the feedback for sure.
