When it comes to 70's disco, Quazar got this for me. Stuck more to what the genre is than Jokey and did what was required. Jokey mix is clearly better and beat did give elements of what seems to me like what they are doing today, however Quazar captured everything 70's Disco was. Even the fact that Quazar beat is almost 10 minutes long is signature Disco...lol. I'm also impress that no samples were used in quazars beat and he captured the sound of what was done 40 years ago with live instruments. From intro to the end, Q took you on Journey with different solo sections while Jokey was a bit repetitive after a while lacking the creativity of what disco music was in the 70's' to keep people dancing on the floor. Knowing what the criteria was for this semi-finals to bring 70's disco sound, I give my vote to Quazar for bringing it back to 70's Disco and producing an all out Music Production. Good Luck to Both!

Both great, I like the excitement of quazars. Jokeys definitely sounds like a beat that could be used by artists today. I liked the 80’s disco and fast rythems of quazars tho, and also I liked the guitar.

Quazar listening again now after a few beers 🍻 . I gave you a 4-4-5 but… Please forgive my ignorance. It’s a 5-5-5. The arrangement is quite frankly amazing. And in fact the mix even sounds like a 70’s, 80’s record. The keyboard parts make me think of mark lindup and level 42. You were humble, and you did your research and had the confidence to follow what music you think other people think you should be making, and do what you think it means. Honestly I don’t think I got that freedom or confidence myself. So big ups!
Got jokey here! Awesome joint!!! could hear alot of artists on it singing some catchy chorus. Quazar, I think if you slowed the beat down a bit to 110/100; it wouldve sounded alot better and less ''busy''. overall very nice beat aswell and i bet alot of people would dance to that!! nice battle guys this is sick!!
