9Chirolo. Your beat ideas are dope. Trust that. And you still can send your stems out to get the desired mix from a mix engineer and sell beats today. Until you step your mix game up and get the tools you need, you can use multiple sound systems to get idea how your stuff will sound by cross referencing as well as taking a mastered song and doing comparisons. Chirolo, its gonna be tough to win consistently (or at all) if you dont enhance your sound quality and upgrade your sounds. I wanna be clear, I am rooting for you to get better cuz i do like your concepts but your success is going to be stunted largely due to your refusal to invest in yourself. Remember, if you don't think you're worth it, how can you expect social media, a record label, etc to think you are? And the thing is I know you can do it... you got the talent, now u just gotta get the right gear to match!
I mean I appreciate the honesty and you're right that I am talented. You're right that I have to invest in myself and I do. With equipment, it has to be better since I have never bought an audio interface before. Just my PC, Piano Keyboard, DAW, and Speakers. If you can at least tell me how to better at mixing, then that would be most helpful. I can take constructive criticism, but I just need professional advice to get better as a producer overall. That's why I join these battles for a reason.
