5John Pierre has a very good beat, but the low note on the bass seemed out of tune, it might have been in tune, but the low note on the sub bass was too low, and distorted and it is the only reason why I didn't vote for your beat. That really crunchy distortion ruined the mix for me as well. I think the composition was done very well however. HM Beatz has a solid production as well, and a better mix. It was more pleasing to listen to as a result. Both beats fire, but I went with HM because his beat did not have that harshness, and I feel that harshness is not really a thing for RnB. Distortion on a sub bass or 808 is fine, but it needs to be controlled better. Maybe parallel process it, and only bring it in until it is barely audible. Then I think it would sound better. Otherwise, it makes the very low notes of the bass sound strange and out of tune.
Both such a smoooottthh vibe
nice work fellaz.
This is dope!
Very good battle
