8Insane beat sounds more like a Pop song, considering the 4 on the floor kick drum pattern at times in the beat, and the snare seemed weak and not good for this kind of battle. Small snares like that are more for an R&B or Pop song. This was not in the pocket for Hip Hop, and the other beat clearly sounded like a Trap beat and even though I am no fan of Trap beats, the trap beat was a better production in this battle.

wow Insane just heard this beat against ferris but still nice Staff got a serious beat here breakdowns sinister sound really got my vote sounds like something I usually make .lol vote goes to staff for his creativity
Insane love the mix good choice of complementary sounds but it sounded like the track was simply a whole breakdown basically missing the main ingredient, now on to Taff energetic chord and drum work nice bounce and subtle muted breaks and stabs I enjoyed this joint good battle …… going with TaFF for the win …… Peace Throoow

Insane beats, the drums sound like techno drums, not very hip hop sounding. Also I think that you should work on better chord progressions, melodies etc. it seems like your putting a huge amount of work into mixing your beats, but not enough into the ideas, creative stage. Staff very good! Nice dynamics in the beat! Staffs beat sounds exciting and like it has life to it! I listen to staffs beat and I said to myself, this beat is fun to listen to. I like this. Not, “oooohhh this beat is at high volume level, wow incredible!”
